Virgin Media - Mod TV scam Caught

Hi all

heres a little article from a local paper. They managed to catch the TV's but not via its cable system, this happened via tip offs

if they are daft enough to sell in a shop then tongues are gonna wag,only way to keep things secret.....keep it to yourself.......they just got greedy

Right stupid that was to sell them from a shop, they may as well have just run an advert on virgin website.

aye makes me laugh. especially why peeps would pay that for a box and smart card which will keep getting zapped.

suprised he risked it though as it's a canny little shop he's got there

i think i read about him before

i think he was charging £60 or £70 for giving a new card

or £40 for moddin the subbed card

fookin crazy to risk that especially if he got a decent business going

Silly Silly man what was he thinking that is one of the most stupidest things i have heard about someone getting busted for boxs, cards, modems ect.

It's hard to believe that someone would go to all the trouble of learning how to perform the alterations and then give themselves up by selling in a shop.
