u have to remove the cambelt and the cogged pulling and its behind that use a sharp screw driver to remove and a punch to fit the new one . i your not that good with your hands m8 let someone that knows do it

And if it's the back one, definately get someone else to do it!

Yeah I was just thinking that It's never the easiest one to change.
