Just a post about fantastic customer service which tbh left me gobsmacked.
i rang dyson this morning about a dc05 ive had for around 18 months. spoke to a woman on there who took my details name adress phone number etc. she then asked me my problem i explained that two parts of the hoover had broken.
one piece on the hose and the actual carry handle on the body both pieces which genuinly broke from normal use. and i was waiting for sorry years warranty is up or yeah you can buy new ones. somthing along those lines.
Instead she said no probs ill send those out in the post to you is there anything else i can help you with? i replied erm er no thats all.
she then asked if i was happy with that. and i simply said yeah thats fantastic.
all that in a simple 10 min phone call.
what a refreshing change eh no hassle just great customer service.
