yes nozzer you are probably right but if just a couple read it thats 2 less to answer to.The problem with sticky's is that they go off the main page if nobody posts in them and the newbies dont bother to look past the first page
i have put it up in each section in announcements.

yeh ellie you are probably right .When i first came on here i wanted to know how this hacking cable stuff worked but because i was new to forums i just spent hundreds of hours reading everything i could before i plucked up the courage to post.At the time i didnt have a problem with boxes going off i just wanted to know how it worked but it seems now that we get loads of people coming on that just want a quick fix.I have learned loads on this forum about other things such as dboxes .sat tv etc none of which i have by the way but if people would just stick arround they could learn so much they wouldn't have to keep posting "i need help"

I agree with all said here.I'm interested in how stuff works rather than the quick fix.
I like to read the posts on here to gain knowledge.The post about the cracked Sky box is hilarious by the way! The dog pissing on the box and then getting all the channels..love it!
Thats the problems with forums now,you should REMOVE the search function.Make people read through posts and learn a little.Half the time people search for what they want and then they are off.Make the search function for 20 posts as well!
