Hi all
My jtag will be arriving tomorrow I have
down loaded adobe guide jtag pace d14000_n
On reading what I need below is what is said
I have looked in down loads but have had no luck
Could you point me in the right direction please

SDT ( Samsung debug tool )
DrvLoad
MAC_mot

try using this then you wont need none of the above
you might need the latest bytes for your area

mate, i'm blonde and done mine straight off following the tut without a hitch

in any event you will have to run drvload.exe with the mac.mot file if you are running windows xp. < even for bke2.2.
sdt is fine for the 4000 box and very simple to use - i would suggest you use that for you box.
connect the jtag to pl5300 on the main board the instructions for the pinouts can be found by doing a search for "jtag instructions" i made a post a while ago that covers the connections. if you are using a pogo jtag then attach it as instructed for that jtag.
start drvload.exe and browse (install)to the mac.mot file then choose run.
it shpould says it is running.
power up the cable box.
start sdt and choose the 4000/4010 option - hold the jtag in position and press connect. you box details should appear in the relevant places on the gui.
