Stuck on standby-help

i have a DVB4000 here i just plugged it in and it wnt onto green led light at the top nothing coming through cant even get into eng page
any ideas guys

could be the bad connection on the u48 or u50 if its stuck on standby, {have you reflowed these eeps ??}

if the dvb4000 has been modded before, {then either the u48 or the u50 eeproms will have been taken off the mainboard, "to be red or programed"}

you will have to resolder these eeproms if the box is stuck on standby

i will just leave it as i only got the box from a friend to update the card and thats what happened so im not going to mess about with it.

i was reading a similer post to this a month or so ago, {give the box back m8 its not your problem}

if the eeproms haven't been soldered back correctly {then you will get stuck in standby when the box is unplugged and taken out into the cold air}

could even be corruption of the u48 ?

else told me something like that before too

im gonna hand back, ive done enough doing the card with out all this hastle too
