scrambled channels (help please)

Have just got back with a replay boc

flashed it with stblink software and used the following image
QSTPVR_CXL_VER738_up.bin

scanned as normal and all channels are there

going to say sly sports I get a pause then I get

0000:scrambled

any ideas what if anything I did wrong please folks

I think if you go to user installation,parental lock key in 7777,ok and then the red button (key manager)it works then.Read it somewhere that that does it.

or 7777 then red button cant remember which way.
