dublin cable issues

wondered if anybody else had issues with a number of channels glitching/unviewable
rte2hd no picture,tv3 no picture sky 1 hd breakup of picture and signals from 40-0 where usually 56.most days perfect but only in last 10 days recording would stop and picture be very blocky.
customer channel was also very bad and all not on same frequency.

need to recheck my cable feeds as tuner B i think is not getting a tuner lock when issue happens and other tuner is locked,or is tuner A getting faulty .have to check box at a later date when sore back has not got an issue.
