From the likes of 28.2 East then no it will be now and next at best for most channels, it's the usual thing as per many closed source receivers, the receiver itself supports a 7 day EPG (try on German FTA on 19.2 East for example and it'll work fine) but the broadcaster themselves don't transmit EPG data in a standard format, hence now and next on most at 28.2 East... Same goes for the DVB-C side of things, the DVB-T/T2 side will provide a 7 day EPG via Freeview and the broadcaster supports it.
If it's a receiver with both DVB-S/S2 and DVB-C/T/T2 you need and must have a 7 day EPG option on 28.2 East and even the DVB-C/T/T2 side then you would be best to think about taking the next step up and looking at the Amiko Alien2+ which is a triple tuner receiver and runs both Spark and Enigma2 firmware, both of which are capable of 7 day EPG for 28.2 East, Enigma2 even more capable for more, naturally though the more features you need/want the more expensive they become, but even so for triple tuner with all it now does it's still hard to beat!
