I've still got my old DM500C recievers, and a DVB C tuner for my DM800SE got to love plug and play tuners :) ...shame other manufacturers took years to incorporate this..probably because it;s cheaper for them to manufacture soldered direct to board tuners..
Theres a sundtek USB tuner for DVB C thats reported to work on Linux MIPS recievers but it's npt cheap. Theres also a Lraizer experimental cable autobouquets floating around, I've tested it , it works well. I believe Lraizer has also managed to set up an 7 day EPG that reads the TIVO stream, OpenPLI have apprently incorporated this into their images over the alst couple of weeks, I still havent tested this personally but will do soon..

autobouquets works great and the Vix team now include their version of 'autobouquet maker' for DVB-C in thier image, along with the cable EPG (works well), the same epg is now included in OpenPLI images.

See knew I shouldn't have binned my dbox2 when we moved :(

DBox2...lol great in their day..but way off the pace these days..10 meg ethernet and crappy slow CPU.
