Hi

I created a post about a week ago regarding my TW box. It was done for me by an old friend who sadly isn't around anymore (Those who live in the Huntingdon and Bedford area will probably know who I'm talking about).

Anyway since the keys first rolled I have been without it, and have dumped it in a cupboard until I discovered this forum.......I have decided to take the plunge and try and get the old bird going myself

Cut long story short......It was done using a green funcard (AT90 - with a red spot). I am on verge of recieving a Tit card. What I would like to know is what programmer do I need to get to be able to read off the info on the fun card to use to program the tit card.......

As much help as poss would be greatly appreciated........Obviously once I get the hardware, there will be the small matter of sorting the software....but one thing at a time for now.....

Many thnx

There are many different types of programmers out there so you want one that will do most things. Some use just a come port and others just use USB.
the Dynamite from duolabs has both so you have the best of both worlds.
All the members on this forum use different types so maybe other mambers will give you there say on some of the others.
Good luck.

infinity usb phoenix 30-40 pounds
usb and com port do every thing you wont
just have a look round forum most people use this one

capokhatpin. I use the infinity usb unlimited, its great and easy to use but for fun cards but the software to do tit cards is still in the pipe line on this model(needs vertual com port) if you need any assistance on your fun card in the mean time there's loads of help on here or pm me and I'll do what I can to help.

When looking to purchase a programmer, there were some threads regarding a "poll" having been conducted as to what people were using. The USB Infinity Phoenix model - fairly common and can do almost all cards. Ultimately I bought it 'cos the person who used to program my cards had one and showed me the basics.

wow.....didn't expect so much feedback....thnx guys.... It seems that the infinity usb phoenix is a very popular one to go amongst you......next question is where does one aquire this piece if kit from..........

Hey tezza, yes mate looks like I'm gonna need loads a help. The info in this part of the world (London North) appears to be that funcards are now useless as the keys are changing on a regular basis......Is that the case now? Also what did you mean by the software for the Tit cards is in the pipline.....?

thnx..

infinity usb phoenix being a complete noob this was soooooooo easy to use
