Strange problem with V+ box

Hi,

anyone had this problem before, upgraded from SD box to V+ box but can not get HD to show on HDTV, Virgin have been out & reckon the Samsung box does not work with TV???

Thing is both Blu Ray & Kryptview 800HD play fine on it, wondering if anyone else had this problem?

what tv do u have

have u set it up to run with HDMI? the cable box i mean

what do you mean, it does not work? i had to set mine up 1st off scart then change the video settings to HDMI, swap over and it was there. do you get any output (even see the menu) when on the HD Channel on the telly?

It is an Evesham & yes box has been tried on 720, 1080 & the wide settings & all the same.

Did you try a different hdmi cable? do you not have a portable with hdmi you could move to the box?

did you unplug the scart while trying it with hdmi?
