lost channel listings ?

hi all
have made a fun card using chaos V3 CW.HEX
modded my bin fille swapped to hex and programed card !
when placed in the box , i look through my channels there is only the free channels all the rest have gone ,
when i go to my favorite where all the channels are !
it sais you havent subscribed to this channel yet
dont understand why not ?
anny help would be great

What have you made your fun with,what card is it ,did you make your ext eeprom with toxic or rhv1,,you just have to make ext; eeprom and then just flash hex,, no int;eeprom has to been done ,,have you put in your details correct ird forwards same as bk
