BD3 Login Failed (not asking for login password)

Im trying to write a image to a brand new blank rom11 card how ever when i try to read or write to the card it come up with BD3 Login failed. i understand how to get the bd key and stuff but its just not letting me enter my bd key in. In the tutorial i have been following its ment to come up with a screen where you can put your bk db key in.

Anyone no why its not doing it for me?

This is what im getting

you have no provider id so i think u may have a problem reading that card
 
i maybe wrong m8 but i think the cards been locked and you need to get it unlocked i maybe wrong
 
why not get a fun card for now, even if you open it if you dont do it right it will fry as soon as you put it in your box
 
itsa new card so dont see how its locked plus i have locked cards and they get total different msgs. just dont understand why its not doing the samething as the tutorial. it just wants to login to the card automaticly and doesnt come up with the BD3 login Screen so i can enter all the 88 88 88 88 88's just keeps failing to login or if its does log in it fails to read.

so im stuck!
