hi mick talking about suggestions why not have an archive section for all the posts that are eithier 2week old or one month i think it would help users when ther looking for the lastest topic then anything older users can luck in the archives just a thought:nopity:

I can see where @popeye1 is coming from with this, especially as several new members have posted on old threads and then been perceived as trolling.
Maybe trolling wasn't the case ? if older stuff is archived then trolling would be positively identified. Although, I think 2 weeks to Month is a bit of a short time scale before archiving.

Thank you very much for your suggestion @bigkevmac7.

We are always open to suggestions, I think this has been asked again and members was worried about scams and stuff, as you don't always know who you are giving too.

Not only that we are still quite unstable as an economy and it might not be easy for members to give to charity at this time.

See what everyone else thinks, but thank you for your suggestion mate.

Excuse my ignorance, don't know if I'm in the right place, but my question is what is a sticky?

A sticky topic is one which the Admin/Mods has decided to "stick" to the top of the forum so that it will not fall down the list. An example of a sticky would be a post that contains guidelines for posting in a particular forum or one that announces an important event for a particular forum, such as a new version of a popular software package or a birthday.

I can see where this is going lol :(

Hope this doesn't sound stupid all!!
I kinda like the chance to win something like a sat receiver.
On another forum, from time to time they have a draw for the above mentioned.
I understand that forum has a sponsor, but the excess from these draws could be raffled off or when it builds up a pair of receiver could be raffled.
Just a thought now guys....:handball:

Suttsy.

In the Dwz shop in networking section ,Have yous thought of adding a home plugs sections mick.

As with satellite box now with tsmedia and with xbmc beta and then android boxes aswell people could use these and with kids and family hoging the wifi signal most devices are going to frezze now and again but on homeplugs this fixes the problem .

As alot of people are stuck with wireless only but don,t know about these home plugs .

Regards dubliner

Show an intro sections for newbie like myself I am kinda lost not knowing where to start from.
Even starting a new post is a minefield, i would respectfully say that is why new members tend to raid the site for downloads then leave.
