Unable to send messages

Hi, paid for a years sub, contacted Ferret via pm, started a conversation regarding the upgrade. I can not reply to any message now to confirm payment to Paypal via messages, get a returned error message something about " you can't send links in messages" even if I delete previous quotes I still get this error. Is the another way to send a copy of my PayPal receipt to confirm payment? This started at 8.12am surely my account should be active now?

Your account is been looked into mate. @Mick is the only one that can see your payment and he's not online. For us to upgrade your account we have to see something comfiming payment. Very sorry its just the way it is.


Try putting the link in the code tabs Hash key looking thing.

Ok Ferret, is there a way of sending a snap shot of my PayPal receipt, I've tried using the hashtag way you described but I still get the " you are not allowed to send links in messages " error?

You should be able to grab a download or 2 now mate as ive tweaked your account but not to Premium until the payment is verified.

I can not see any payment details so my hands are tied.
