I cook one every Sunday if we're at home.

Usually chicken or beef. Occasionally lamb. Sunday isn't Sunday without a roast.

Every week :) we had roast lamb yesterday, Yorkshire puds and mint sauce, lovely :licka:

Roast leg of lamb ,mint sauce, mashed and roasted, Yorkshire pud , veg and gravy followed by steamed treacle pudding and custard yesterday circa 6.30pm last night I don't like a large meal through the day and prefer my main meal at night

usually have some kind of roast every Sunday beef, lamb, pork or chicken.

Would like to but train Sunday mornings and the mrs is vegetarian so she won't cook it. Sometimes go out one of the carvery places if I am in the mode for a roast.

I do love a good roast :)

We never had one today lol... but more often than not on a sunday :)

Hi all,

No traditional Sunday roast in our house... we haven't eaten meat for about 27 years now... we only eat fish & seafood... if we do have a full Sunday lunch it's usually fresh (baked) Salmon with as many fresh (steamed) vegetables as possible... along with mashed potato, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and lashings of Parsley sauce... yum yum...!!

Best Wishes,
Zorch
