A simply recipe for everyone.
Ingredients for 6 people:
300 g flour
1 egg
1/2 cube fresh yeast
1/2 cup of water (about 100 ml)
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
seed oil for frying
granulated sugar for the surface
Method
Dissolve the yeast in half a cup of warm water.
melt the butter in a recipient on top to a pot with hot water and add the teaspoon of sugar. Mix.
Sift the flour, add the yeast dissolved in water and knead. Add egg and melted butter.
Knead the dough vigorously, should be smooth, elastic and smooth.
Spread of chopsticks and join the ends to form the donuts. The size of the
donuts depends on the length and thickness of the sticks.
Let rise in a warm place for 2 hours
Bring plenty of oil at the right temperature for frying and fry the donuts. will be ready
as soon as they are golden brown.
Remove from the fire with a slotted spoon and place them on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Still hot, pass them in sugar covering them evenly.
enjoy them hot.
