Hello everyone, today I give you the last pie recipe I made, the one with broccoli, bacon and cheese.

Ingredients for a mold of 26 cm:

1 roll of puff pastry
500 grams of broccoli
150 gr of bacon
150 g Gruyere
1 of garlic
20 grams of Parmesan cheese
1 of egg
1 cup of milk
oil
salt
pepper

Method

Clean the broccoli removing leaves more 'hard and cutting the stem.
Cut the flowering tops and wash under running water.
Put a pan of water on the fire, and when he comes to boil, add salt and dip the broccoli in it and cook for 10 minutes then drain.
Sauté a clove of garlic in a large frying pan with oil, add the broccoli and fry stir-fry with the bacon cut into cubes.
Season with salt and pepper
Lift the garlic, add the broccoli in a bowl and add the diced Gruyere
Line a tart pan with parchment paper, lay the pastry and prick with a fork.
Pour the broccoli, bacon and Gruyere on the pastry, and pour over the entire surface a mixture of eggs, milk and Parmesan cheese. Gather the edges of the pastry and brush with a little milk god.
Bake the pie with broccoli in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving the pie on a plate.
