Eurovox HD 7000 advice needed please

Hi All

I am a complete newbie, I have just recieved my new box plugged it in and scanned. I have found all the channels but they are all scrambled.
Would anyone be able to talk me through the firmware process and where to find it etc. It will need to be in a easy to understand format please as I am not that clever.

hi, it sounds like your box came with fta channels only.download the latest fix and try again.
