no transponder

hello i would like to pick ur brains i keep getting no transponder when i plug my box in and do a autoupdate i am getting no picture is the box fuc%ed

Do you have the correct symbol rate for your area and have you connected the feed into the box to the correct feed. These are the 2 most common problems - Looking from the front of the box the aerial feed in goes to the top right and the symbol rates are 6887 or 6952
