why sat over cable?

hi im just wondering why some people have sat over cable? other then that cable is not in their area.

well u get loads more channells and its somthing different

plus u dont have to wory about the cc finding out

its a nice change

but i have cable (alot of it.........lol)

same here I am geting bored with cable now so I am thinking to buy Motorised Satellite its lot of fun to play with satellite keys.

been on the sat scene couple of yrs now , and theres always something new just around the corner

as well as real pron, movies newer than sky and cables box office stuff, no bills and a choice of thousands of channels

I think the sat scene is more of a hobby. its great fun setting up the motor and dish, running cables etc. Also as digidude said, the filth is much filthier on sat. as well as new stuff being hacked every few weeks. Every day is different on sat!
