Something that may be useful for novices like me...

After my initial install I was struggling to get all the channels available on some satellites such as 16e. After trying to scan each satellite separately (after deleting the saved channels) I still wasn't getting many.

I decided to delete all channels from all satellites and blind scanned from 30e to30w overnight.

I now have loads more channels and a couple of satellites have appeared which weren't there before, 9e Eutelsat (KaSat), 3.1e Eutelsat 3AD/C & 3AD/Ku.

Hope someone finds this useful..

Blind scanning is fine to get as many channels as possible, but to keep your box usable and easily accessible I would always go for downloading a channel list or using a list creator such as Autobouquets or Rats (Linux and E2 only I think) If you have an Openbox or Skybox you can usually download a list which will put all your channels in order and give you your local regional channels instead of the huge list of channels from a blindscan. Just my opinion mind
