Openbox v5s - skylink irdeto

Hello, I bought this receiver which stated that it can read irdeto cards, but it can't. When I insert the card into the receiver, it says that is a irdeto card, skylink etc. but when I'm trying to receive paid channels i get message ''scrambled''.
