Using motorised sat for a long time so no prob (apart from strong winds!) to get across the horizon to most satellites 50E to 30W

Because I live in a rural area, broadband is unspeakably slow and unreliable (allegedly 2mB but..), so IPTV , Kodi, Albatross are not reliable enough to stream over the length of a match, and cric and goatd never stay up long enough

My box is now solosse2 running atv 5.3, and can vaguely get oscam emu working, but as Im retired, I dont want to pay for cam access if I can avoid it (!).

My question is - is there another way of getting a dish-based view, that doesnt cost

Thanks in advance

Looks like you only option is to use keys. I think some of bulsat is still open and nova sport shows some football.

Have a look at a receiver (FREESAT V7 HD)which clears POWERVU & TANDBERG with KEYS.
It is only a very small receiver, the EPG is not very good (NOW & NEXT)when the info is there. It has AUTO UP DATE on the TANDBERG & POWERVU keys. BISS CODES work well with this receiver. I was watching a few matches on 7e last weekend MAN UTD / HULL.
Best to keep to software V2.24.97.395 DTD 2 Nov 2016.

Whilst its great getting sat feeds, it really can be a ball ache finding the biss key. Search all over again and again in the hope that somebody will post the key, half the time, the keys dont get posted(yes i check satelliweb and sat universe etc). Seems like you need special software on your pc, upload some blank video into it and eventually it will give the key. Usually for me, keys get posted online at half time or after a game which is not really much good. Maybe somebody has something quick and easier for obtaining keys ?

Yes, we all know that it takes time to find the keys for feeds etc. Some of the Technomate sites are good plus *****/NAJMSAT are just a few. Look for William 1 posts in some of the forums.

Thats exactly what iam on about, i always check those sites and seems like he is the main guy for keys, but they are often a bit too late for watching a game. Just wish a sat box would be able to find the keys with a software addon, going down the pc route takes too long.

I am going to see if the Tandberg feed at 7e AUTO UPDATES on Saturday with the FREESAT V7 HD receiver. If so great, I can watch the games from the start.
We will have to wait and see when Technomate can get there act together.
