Zgemma motorised problem

Hi i've got a zgemma h2h and 1m motorised dish with ***** dark motor but i cant get any power to the motor is their something in the menu that i'm not doing correctly i've entered my usals and in tuner a, tuner b not configured i'm using a single universal lnb help appreciated cheers
