Question Digital+ Spanien

Hi all
My ould man has a Digital+ card in his gaff in Santa Ponsa, took it back to Ireland with him for a few weeks and on the return journey lost his suitcase with the reciever in it. Card was in his wallet luckily but he is having problems with an English agent in Palma because he took the card out of Spain and lost the receiver that its paired to.

Now to my question....
Does anyone know what they charge if you loose the receiver??? Cant find anything online and my Spanish is zero......

Just need to buy a second hand one on ebay and pair the card.
Its canal+ now not digital+

So had the father on to me today.....seems the Spanish are getting hard. He went into a local shop where he bought his setup and told them he let a bottle of beer fall on the receiver and put it in the bin as it was smoking etc and he wanted to pair his card to a new receiver, which they refused. Then this morning he got a bill for €410 for the hardware that he damaged, they wont accept the receiver (same model) that we bought off ebay, he should pay for a new model that is paired to his card. Added to that the lad in the shop told him that they would be sending out new cards from July which would result in card pairing which would be updated quaterly, meaning the receiver would get a new ID every few months to stop CS.
