Tv-Nadym can be found broadcasting from Express AM22 53east. The parameters are 11.995H, SR 3.255.
I've started this thread for others like me who are fascinated by the weather. We all know how conditions such as thick cloud can have an adverse effect on reception but also how low temps can be beneficial when it come to the workings of an LNB.
This morning, I tuned in to the channel, seeing they're 6 hours ahead of us. I was amazed, however, to see a reading of -29C on their temp tab. I dread to think just how cold it might get there as the night progresses.
There are also other channels found on this satellite which indicate what the outside temp is. Nash Dom and Oblastnoe Televiden are examples. This feature must be extremely helpful for folks living in such a cold climate and could in fact be a matter of life or death if someone needed to venture outdoors.
