ggg hd help

Can anybody help me setup my ggg hd receiver, server menu says disconnected on all 40 servers what do i need to flash the box with or do i just need to put in a cline, i had reset the box but before i done so some of the servers were connected this box is connected to a 1.1 mtr motorised dish and worked fine for two years untill i reset it the box was set up by a sattelite engineer, i,m a newbee and need help
