Is this then end?

There is nothing worthwhile open. DigiTv comes and goes and will more than likely eventually go for good. Is there anything else open or am I missing something? Or is there even anything likely to open in the future?

Digi tv been with us for 18-24 months now without hardly a hiccup. Canal + on 1 west opens with diablo and m2 cards. Nova/showtime etc with gamma. 19.2e canal digitaal opens also with diablo. If you mean via receiver and no cards/cams etc with nagra 3 around I doubt we will see much more open for a while.

Yes that is what I ment

Satellite Tv is big business now, not like the old days when just a few hobbyists enjoyed free telly In other words, almost nothing will be 'free' anymore, a hack is just worth too much money -the demand and profit is too large.
Cardsharing for the hobbyist has been 'the future' for many years now ~its here and now and even old history really. 'Emulations' are almost as old fashioned as D2Mac or analogue
Yep its been a good couple of years, but I wouldn't wait around for new 'free hacks' anymore.
In all honesty, if cardshares/cardservers dont suit then expect to only watch free-to-air channels in the future, or pay for additional cards/cams that suit your needs.

And by the way Digi TV keys changed earlier. Expect another change tonight due to footy being on.

Expect Canal Digitaal NL to end soon cos they are swapping to Mediaguard 3. If you want foreign channels that show footy, movies etc then pay for a subscription through a third party dealer. I know it can be costly but at least you will get what you want without the fear of a black screen due to a key change.
