Diablo cam

I got the diablo cam working on my sony hd tv to receive the encryted cable channels but for hd channels i can only get sound but no picture.
Is there any way to get this working?
Also any one managed to get fun/mosc card working on this cam?

believe the tv doesn't have the ability to decode the format. There is something about different dvbc tuners and i think the sony only do normal broadcast so no way round using the built in tuner

just bought a 32v5500 which works fine with HD but my v4000 wouldnt.

Check the sony site and the v5500 has a inbuilt hd tuner too where as v4000 does not.

to ur other question dont think till now anyone has managed to get a fun or mosc running with diablo cams as yet. But would be interesting if it did work.

What version Diablo cam do you have?

You need a Rev. 2.3 for Mpeg 4 (HDTV) channels.

Rev. 2.2 only does Mpeg2

HD on VM cable is MPEG2.

Cam version is Rev 2.2
flashed with Stealth 2.54 ...
still no joy getting picture for the HD channels!

may of put this elsewhere, trying diablo 2.3 with stealth 2.50, wont work, any ideas?

I have seen these cards on ebay, are the same cards used for cable and sky? Where can I download the stealth image to flash my card with?:Cheers:

I am bidding on a Diablo 2.3 card on ebay at the moment, the seller says this is for sky only . . . . . are there different cam types (cable and sky) or is it the same cam flashed with different firmware?

dont bother with them blue zeta 0.79 is cheaper and easier since you just stick a card in.

I used to have dragon cam with Dynamite programmer. Then been off satellite for sometime. Then I decided to get Diablo Cam 2 with Cas 3 plus.
The system is very different from the previous "primative" dragon.
Is there any link I could use to get started? What files do I need to install on my PC? I am familiar with duolabs. I've seen Tutorial on you tube about it. He has Diablo file that he use to update the cam. How to get that?

I got a Diablo working some time back, but could never get it to AU, so I sold them and got Zetas

I've still got the files and I even wrote a little guide, I think I uploaded it onto the site somewhere. If not, pm me your email.

no mate i know 2 people who's bravia's dont work anymore. we need n3 firmware on the cams.
