Dm 800hd scan

Hi just installed medlock latest bouquets I had old version of it so thought I would update all installed ok but now when I select a channel get message service not available check tuner config also wont scan any one help please thanks F7 MJS

And is your tuner setup correctly ?

Hi thanks for reply only thing that makes me say yes is that I have another box same as this one and looked in tuner config and both the same but the second one is working ok, what is strange went into tuner config and in there I alter the freq to 787 ,,quam to 264 and the other one to 6952 to try that's what I got on amiko box did then a manual scan and it found 4 channels all working but nothing else f7 mjs
