Dreambox 800 hd sim 2 cant watch any premium channels only fta.Rest of box is fine.

Popped round my mates at the weekend and his box was working fine but no premium channels.
He has a Dreambox hd sim 2 Dreamelite Phoeniix Edition on a fixed dish.
Could connect to the box,i could watch youtube ,watch fta so thought it was his cline so tried mine,my friends and a few more and still only fta.
Downloaded different Ccams and tried again and got nothing.
Decided to reflash all went well installed Ccam,bouquets etc.
Ftp cline and once again still nothing yet everything else on the box works fine.
At a loss guys any ideas?

I know its pretty obvious but is the cam running ?

Yes Charlie Ccam running and i tried Ccam 2.13, plus 2.14 and 2,21 and still nothing.
Snr showing on Sky channels but no server details and no picture.
When i connected with Flashfxp cline was there and tried 3 or 4 different lines and still the same.

I don't know then andy.I haven't got an 800 but the principle is the same.The cam obviously isn't clearing but why ? i don't know.
The config file is in the correct place i take it ?

All sorted Charlie just spoke to the server and its up and running,cant understand why the other clines wouldnt work yet were fine that evening.

You wasnt on your own Charlie i went to a party Saturday night and ended up reflashing his box and was pulling my hair out.
Thankfully the box is fine and i seem to know what im doing,thanks again.
