Hi

you will get this message every time you start DCC when theres no connection.

When you try plug the cable from the PC to box can you see a yellow light at the back of the box?

Try typing the IP address of the box into Internet Explorer to test the connection first see if it connects ftp://192.168.001.???

Get DCC to search for the 500 its IP may have changed an DCC will still be looking for the old one
