DM500C....Service searching missing on Setup Menu

Hello everyone,

I installed DW 2.1 image along with new rom7 fix. Everything went well. Until recently all the channels were repalced with "removed service". No channels at all. Tried to rescan, but to my surprise there is no "Service Searching" on the SetUp Menu. Is there a way of retreiving service searching without factory reset or reflashing?

yeah mate press blue then change the tunner to new if its set to old and then you should be good to go

How do you change the tunner? When i press blue button there are only.....Evocamd 2.12 or none.

under the box that says none do you not have

Tuner Driver Selection=hit ok here and it should come up,an then youll be good to go

yeah as deano says mate go down to tunner options and if memory serves me correct it will be set 2 old just change it to new and you should be good to go
