plugins gone from menu

hi lads I have a dm800se clone which is a great little box but I have a reoccurring problem with my plugins going missing from the menu options which means I cant access them and have to reflash the image a lot, I have used the DW backup image from 2014 and it has happened several times,i put on alimacs recent backup image and within one day the plugin option was gone from the menu,has any one an idea as to what is happening and is there a simpler way of getting the plugins back rather than reflashing the box,thanks.

Did you transfer them to usb by any chance.i done this once and forgot i removed usb.

no idea why you are losing them either

never had any issue like that before other than as above if you have them on usb remember to keep it in box

no they are not on the usb lads but thanks anyway,guess i will have to reflash again but it is baffling as to why they disappear from the menu.

Sorry alimac not sure what you mean by keeping in memory,are you referring to internal memory.

where are you storing plugins above you say not on usb
so either in internal memory or hard drive

if in memory thats maybe your issue as box wont have enough

they should be on internal memory because i didn't move them i have just checked it and i am using 53mb of the 60mb available ,is there a path i can check using dcc to find them ,thanks.
