Sky channels missing

Anyone else having problems with some sky channels missing.
I've got a legit card in a dm500s and noticed yesterday that Sky sports 1-2-3-4 are missing
also sky movies have gone.

I put my back up box on but its just the same however sky go is fine.
I've checked on the sky website and its showing that i should have all the packages.

Don't really want to ring Sky yet in case they ask me to go into the engineers page or something lol

sounds like your card has maybe got paired

has your entitlements updated

It's never been in the Sky box ( Thompson ) so unless they have found a way to pair it when its in a dreambox i don't think
thats the issue.

On the oscam webif it says not subscribed when i put it on sky sports 1.

I might have to go down to my sisters and ring them from there and tell them i haven't got acess to the box to see if its a fault on there end.

mate it doesnt need to be in original box

can get hit in third party box if unlucky

All the over Sky channels are workin though.Dicovery , Sky 1 even Sky sports 5 and sky sports news are working.
I assume if it was a hit these would not be working as well.

Have you checked that all your entitlement lines have updated.

I've just had a look at the entitlements and i've only got 6 tiers ,its been a long while since i last looked but I'm sure
there was more than that.

you have missed an update by sounds of it

should have about 23 entitlements roughly

Looks like i'm going to have to ring Sky

changing the pin number used to force an update

Went to my sisters house and rang Sky.
Got to speak to a nice guy in India who was complaing that it was too hot !!!
Anyway he sent an update to the card and alls good now. Thought i'd let you know.

maybe thay sent somesort of signal out last night all my cannels had gone this morning took 3 reboots befor it cam back to life
