glitching 7 freezing

Hi guys I am using a dm800se clone box with an a8p sim card open pli 3.0 and 2.21 cccam I have recently change dservers in a merge and now experiencing lots of freeing and glitchin is there anything I need to change to stop this .
server is suggesting that I use the 2.0.11 cccam
help very annoying

99% sure it will be who your connected to been under load.

If you have no uploads or downloads running meaning your network is not under load its them at fault.
