Newbie looking for help regarding DM receivers

Hi there,

I've few questions regarding dreambox receivers and your help will be appreciated.

I live in Finland (studying in kuopio university) and right now I'm looking for a receiver that works over the internet, in other words I would like to get satellite channels specially (hotbird,arabsat,nilesat) channels through internet cable not a satellite dish because people here does not accepts that I put my own dish on the roof. However, is it possible to do that using Dreambox receivers? if yes, then what else should I know about it? is it a subscription service or onetime fee?
