When I access my box with CCamInfoPHP at home all is ok. But when I access it remotely it works for all features but I cannot get the EDITOR to work( access the CCcam.cfg or prio). I get this error

I check the editor.php
line 90 reads: echo file_get_contents("ftp://".$Dm_User.":".$Dm_Pass."@".$cccam_host."/var/etc/CCcam.cfg" , "w");
Should I change anything here?
