[DM800HD] Step by Step Cross EPG setup for 0.8w, 4.8e, 9.0e, 13.0e, 19.2e & 28.2e

Hello Guys,
I am using Cross EPG v.0.6.2.
How can I setup Cross EPG for all of these satellites (0.8w, 4.8e, 9.0e, 13.0e, 19.2e & 28.2e) so that I can see multi EPG for above sats in my bouquets. I don't know which providers to choose.

This is what I have just done and worked for me

I assume CrossEPG already installed on the DM

Go to CrossEPG.

Select Configure - set options as required - Set the reboot after download to YES

After configuration, Select OpenTV as EPG providers,
Select Sky UK OpenTV (Astra on 28.2), select enable (Green button), then Download (Yellow button).

This will switch to a radio channel as it downloads the info and switch back TV once done

Once the download and data conversion is done, do a GUI reboot only - Your EPG should be up and running.

Sorry, I know how to set Open TV Providers to Sly UK or Sly IT what I am after is to set up EPG for 0.8w (Thor 5/6), 4.8e (Astra 1E/4A), 9.0e (Eurobord 1A Eutelsat Ku band), 13.0e (Hotbird 6/8/9), 19.2e (Astra 1H/1KR/1L/1M) & 28.2e (Astra 2B).

I don't use opentv I use rytec so I update the rytec providers from crossepg then select what I want to be downloaded from the xmltv providers section.
Never needed to reboot the box using this method.
So long as you know what your after this should be fine.
Takes forever to download the 1st time then I set it for 3:45 am so it's done when I get up in the morning.

It's not by sat but by provider, you will soon learn the provifers by trial and error.

First thing you need to do is go to Crossepg setup and update rytec providers takes a couple of seconds, the go to XMLTV providers which is where the Rytec ones are stored Tick Rytec Norway, Benelux,Sweden for 0.8° and 4.8° Rytec Germany /Austria & Swiss for 19.2° Rytec Italy for 13° unsure on 9° .

For 28.2° use open TV as normal, Some people do have problems updating more than say 1-2 rytecs at a time i suppose it depends on the servers and if its getting hammered or not, I tried a couple of weeks ago and managed to download every single 1 of them no problem.

if you do have problems try the XEPGDB providers & also there is the MHW2 providers although these only cover 13° and 19° but no german.
