can some one help dm800 no ca error tried to fix it with tut im useing usb serial converterif some one can fix it in st helens plz

I would suggest you do notthing until you clarify exactly what caused the "no CA error".

- What type of reciever do you have ? DM800HD or a DM800SE ?
- Which Security SIM is installed ? SIM 1, SIM2.01, SIM 2.10 ,Ferarri , E-STAR ?
- Which image and SSL bootloader were you running on the box before the error ?
- What did you do immeaditley before the error started ? Software update ? attempted image upgrade etc ?

Dont try randomly flashing multiple different images and SSL bootloaders etc...until you establish what hardware, SIM and Bootloader your dealing with. They are not all compatible with each other..

its dm800 sim2.10 bootloader 82

I would hazard a guess at its either your USB to Serial Converter or the null modem cable your using, do you not have access to a laptop or pc with a com port.

no going to tay and get one today

fixed it reinstalled drives for usb serial cable and its working just scaning for channels thanks for your help
