DM800 Epg problem

Hi, I am running bh 12 on a dm800 . I have setup to download from the hip hop radio channel and used it successfully for a few weeks. Lately the hip hop does not seem to tune and so the cache gets emptied. Is there a particular time when hip hop transmits. I am in the canaries so it could a location issue.
Any ideas/help would be appreciated.
