New DM800 (clone) New tuner Rev. L3

Just to let you guys know, atleast 2 of the chinese suppliers are sending out DM800's with new tuners named Rev.L3. According to one guy it completly fixes his HD channel problem that alot of people are experiencing with Rev.K and J

This is all he has said at the minute as he is too busy, but another poster (who got sent rev. l3 from the second supplier) took pictures of his new tuner rev. l3 and uploaded them to the site.

So if your having problems with the HD channels contact your supplier and get onto them about it.

Fortunately I haven't purchased one yet as I heard about the problems the clones were having. But if all turns out well I'll be purchasing one of these babies and getting on the band wagon with you lot :Clap:

Chose not to post details of suppliers as I didn't know whether it was allowed on here. But yes, Yaoxin and BCT were the ones.

It would be good for someone to post some results on testing the HD channels.

Looks like the chinese have come through after all.
The word on the street is that this is the fix, all HD now perfect apparantly!

has anyone found these for sale yet, i would be interested and the original tuners are a bit pricey at anything from 49 to 79 euros.

anyone give advice on the DM800 box from this site. does come with averything you need in there info as dont buy and find out tuner is not the right one?

Ask her to confirm which tuner revision and price etc. They are reputable seller and you should have no troubles.

I have to agree with mark_hopley. I've read nothing but good reviews/posts about Yaoxin, china. Will be getting my box from them for definite. Like Mark says though, speak to them first regarding tuner revisions, prices etc, they have an msn addy you can get them on.

Tina and Tony are on holiday until 20th because of chinese new year. They have always given me a great service.

I can also vouch for Tina at Yaoxin, have bought loads from her, apparantly they are supplyng the Dm800 with the latest tuner revision L3

I had one from Tony a few weeks ago and it cost £154 inc all fees and delivery. He invoiced it at £39 electrical goods sample so you do not pay and duties

I wouldn't count ya chickens just yet. I did same. £40 as sample but they did not specify the shipping amount so I got charged the VAT on £85 delivery even though it was actually $56. Took 4 weeks to get the bill too.

Had a few from him in the past mate and never had a bill. Well over 3 months ago. Must have been lucky so far

I got the Rev k email from her too.

Told them It needs to be L, but no further emails back as of yet.
