dreambox only scanning half channels??

problem is when i use satfinder on original set up, it says i have 97 percent signal on every channel ive tested or viewed so im stumped on what the problem could actually be, any ideas guys, much appreciated

If box works fne elsewhere, then fault is likely to be with your lnb/switch/cabling

yes mate tested it on a seperate fully working system and it scanned fine,only used 28.2 to test but it found all the channels that was missing, would if still give 97 percent signal even if lnb was broken or dish not aligned? thanks again

thanks for reply, how could the psu cause of fault of this kind im intruged? could do retest on the workiong system as i did use a alternate psu
