Invalid img or old version

I am trying to flash a new img,keep getting error invalidimg or old version.

My current build is open atv version 4.1
Do I need to upgrade my boot loader, if so we’re can I findit ?
Can I flash it over a browser ?

Youll need to flash your box with the latest bootloader for your sim type then it will allow you to flash the image.

thanks for the reply, were can I find this boot loader,i am trying to put the same img on that I already have and im getting this error?

Bobby still getting error INVALID IMAGE (OR OLD VERSION)

is the image for dm800se or dm800 you will get Invalid image or old version if you try to flash dm800 image to se

on front of receiver it says dm800hdse and its a clone.

Same error.

The img currently on the receiver is 4.1
I also used allimac img last time, with no problems.

Now its all fecked up.the receiver is running fine it justwont reboot unless you do it manually

bobby123 thanks for your help. I got it sorted.
I restored the receiver back to factory default, I then flashed the img and it worked.

Can i ask the obvious ?

What sim type does your clone have sim 2 ferrari estar ?

ferret I would not have a clue.Im still at a learning stage with these receivers.

Before flashing anything else take the lid off and describe the sim to us.
