Hoping for help....

Dreambox picks up channels fine, but won't tune to them with the date / time set to Thursday 1st January 1970.

Please can someone provide support as I can't seem to find anything that can help!!!

Tried a few images now, unsure why it has happened.

New PSU as suspected that to be the issue, but it seems to be the same!

No TV for a week now without finding a solution!

Some image have an option to get the time setting from a server rather than the usual sat feed.

You dont state the image your currently using though .

Are you familiar with sending in telnet commands ?

Well an image from 2013 i reckon update it first.

If you can telnet then try this command

date -s YYYY.MM.DD-hh:mm:ss

YYYY is Year
MM is Month
DD is Day
hh is Hour (0-24)
mm is Minute
ss is Second

Not sure what telnet is, will try and get a newer image.

Where is best to look for clone images?

Still on the old image at present but somehow managed to get it working.

Only EPG to fix, then will attempt to update the image to a more recent one.

Thanks again

Done as advised, but now I can't get any sub channels working as can't get CCcam working.

I have added CCcam2.2.1, and transferred over my Cline to etc folder - but it won't recognise it.

Any help?

Otherwise the image itself looks better!

Managed to work out that it goes elsewhere on an ATV image - all sorted now as far as I can tell...

Thanks again

Check that CCcam is running via the blue button. And on this image the CCcam.cfg goes in usr/keys not the ect folder.

Image is much better, but despite being able to locate wireless networks it is unable to lock on.

At present I'm stuck with a wired connection.

Should I attempt another image or is this a known issue?

Disable all security on your router then try to connect. If it does then try another security protocol from the one your using now on your router.

Still didn't work with all encryption removed.

Works on wired connection, and wireless works fine with all other devices with exception of dreambox.

Flash another image or try something else?

Nothing else to try if it has no security on router.
