[DM800HD] DM800hd Flashing problems

I have a DM800hd clone sim 2 I now have an old image on it at last after 3 days trying my problem is I want to update the image now, but the box refuses the browser to talk to it. I can ftp to it via cute pro and can setup Bouquets in Dreambox edit I can see the dm800hd on the network but when i try to set it up to upload a new image the box refuses the connection anyone got any idea how to get it to work properly there is something wrong but I can’t see what. Is there an other way to install an image.

Do you get as far as the firmware upload page ?

And if the do does that page report an error when you try flash ?

I have found the problem its not the dm800hd but my laptop, it has stopped talking to the box. Used the wife's and alls well, now need to find out why my laptop cant communicate with the box. Thanks for your help but I have it going now.
