[DM800HD] tuner issue ? not sure - weird one this

I have tested at two houses, mine and my uncles

This is 28.2E

Using Box1 at uncles house, get Tuner failed on all channels (even FTA) and SNR shows as 0% - scanning channels only picks up about 100 channels/services - get black screen on channels even FTA

Using Box2 at uncles house, gets all channels SNR shows 99% - scanning channels and get 971 services channels found and no problems watching

Using Box1 at my house, gets all channels SNR shows 99% - scanning channels and get 971 services channels found and no problems watching

Using Box2 at my house, gets all channels SNR shows 99% - scanning channels and get 971 services channels found and no problems watching

So I am baffled as to what problem is, at my house get no problems, but at my uncles house Box1 cant get any channels, yet I can at my house and Box2 both houses no problems.

Anyone any ideas here

Tuner fault ? weak signal ? LNB issue ?

I could do, but why does the box say with the dodgy tuner works at my house and not the other house yes the other box works at both houses.

If I swap tuner, does it matter if the image or SSL/SIM are different between the box's.
