need a new dm800se

Hi guys i am looking for a new dm800se for a friend and orderd through tony at yaoxin last week with a promise of a tracking number the following day. However since my order he yasn't been online and will be asking for moneyback on paypal, hpwever i still need a dm800se, if you have bought one recently and or you yave a decent supplier, can you please send me a pm of their contact details so i can order one as well thanx.
 
remember its new year over there :) so its holidays and deliveries will be slower
 
Yeah i know, if it was 5 -6 days id understand but over a week when he kept saying tracking tom.

he could of sent the box tbh but just hasn't sent you the tracking number :)

mine took around 7 days it was in the UK travelling up and down the motorways for 3 or 4 days lol
 
I've never ever had a tracking number from Tony but for me any boxes have always arrived within 7 days, even when I ordered one during the Christmas break.

Also due to their New Year everything will be shut till the 30th, I think.
 
I emailed him a few days after I ordered my box and tina mailed me a tracking number shortly after :) fire off an email!
 
As said it is Chinese new year and most places are shut till the end of the month. It will probably turn up by the end of the week.
 
im waiting for mine too i do however have a tracking number and it says it was collected from them yesterday .....slighlty annoyed as i ordered three days before the holidays and they were pushing me to order quick before holidays so i can get it quick but it seems it has only been collected yesterday anyway will just have to wait and see when it arrives.....i just hope that is the only issue and all rest is fine as ive read about some boxes recently turning up and not having fans installed ! just an oversized heatsink so big that you cannot even fit a hdd in the designated tray.

What day did you order mine as mine was paid on the 19th and was getting the same chat as you, but I never got a tracking number which always seem to be late at updating on the website anyway.

I take it you got a dm800 pro and not an se, as it is the dm 800 hd that has the issue with the oversize heats no, but you should get a free USB cooler, well I asked for one as they were still advertising it on their page for it.

Just had a call from fedex express and they are out delivering my parcel today, although will have to get it delivered to my work tomorrow.
 
Mine arrived today, no free USB cooling fan but everything else is okay. Was shipped on the 19th of this month to edinburgh.
 
Did you order via the website ow via tony himself?
 
ordered an SE and dealt with tina and paid on the 16th before the hoilidays ,DHL ....got tracking number and it is still showing that it is still in HK !

after disputing the transaction with paypal got the box, just need to nudge them to send the box i guess.
